Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our studio in Sydney, Australia. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations & Rates
We are delighted to ship worldwide. To keep things simple and transparent, we offer straightforward shipping options:

  • Within Australia: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • International: We offer a simple Flat Rate Shipping of $10 AUD for all international orders.

  • Free International Shipping: We are thrilled to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over $250 AUD.

Delivery Times

  • Australia (Standard): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International (Standard): 10–20+ business days after dispatch.

Please note: International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures and local postal service efficiency. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages
